New imprint · Engineering team since 2014
V3s Software has built publishing tooling since 2014
Channels covered, retail to library wholesale
Accounts, files, and retailer logins stay in your name
2.1 AA accessibility on every ebook, by default
Section 01 · Services
V3s Software has spent a decade building the kind of quiet, reliable systems that publishing has always needed and rarely had. V3s Publishing is what happens when we point that craft at indie authors.
You shouldn't have to learn EPUB validation, IngramSpark cover specs, or BISAC code hierarchies to share your work. You should write. We'll handle the rest, and we'll explain anything you'd like to understand.
No locked-in contracts. No hidden marketplace fees baked into "packages." You own the rights, the files, and the relationships with retailers. We're hired help, the way it should be.
Rights stay yours
Target turnaround, manuscript to live
Direct contact, no account managers
Section 02 · Process
You send us the manuscript and a short brief. We review, ask the right questions, and quote a flat fee, no surprises.
Formatting, layout, cover, and metadata happen in parallel. You see proofs at every stage and approve before we move on.
We file your ISBNs, push to every distribution channel you have chosen, and verify each listing renders correctly.
Monthly royalty reports start landing in your inbox. We handle metadata updates, errata, and re-uploads as long as the book is in print.
A new imprint, backed by a decade of publishing engineering. Built for the era of self-publishing, not retrofitted to it.
Technical edge
We have shipped publishing systems for ten years. EPUB validation, ONIX records, BISAC taxonomies, royalty reconciliation, none of it is new to us.
Built for now
The tooling assumes self-publishing first. Direct distribution, accessible defaults, author-owned everything. Not a retrofit of legacy publishing workflows.
De-risk it for you
You bring the manuscript. We bring the technical certainty that it will land cleanly on every retailer, render right on every reader, and stay current as long as it sells.
